Polyester Monofilament Yarn Uses:
High strength, good elasticity, good abrasion resistance, good light resistance, poor moisture absorption and poor dyeability. The polyester monofilament must be dried for 4 hours in the processing of raw materials. When it is cooled, the water temperature of the cooling pool is 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. Polyester is harder than nylon, but not as tough as nylon. Polyethylene and polypropylene can be rolled with paper tubes.
Polyester monofilaments can be divided into industrial and civilian use according to their uses. In industry, it is mainly used for the skeleton in the industrial conveyor belt, woven filter mesh, Meiji mesh cloth, and rubber outer casing. In civilian use, it is mainly used for supporting luggage, ribbons, zippers, straw hats, curtains, wedding dresses, clothing, etc.
